It’s been a big week in our household! My daughter, Dylan, celebrated her high school graduation, and family visited from all around the country (Florida, Oregon, Arkansas, California, etc.) to mark the occasion. Here are a few photos from the last week…
New tattoo – a graduation gift that will always be with her!
We had breakfast at Provence one morning…
Two of Dylan’s cousins trying out some hula hoops.
A group of us visited one of our very favorite summer eateries - Bobbie’s Dairy Dip. Love the bleu cheese burger and sweet potato fries!
Our gardenias are in bloom right now – they smell so nice.
My sister, Alyssa, and her new friend, Frugal MacDoogal.
Current obsession – my new Chemex coffee maker! Best coffee EVER.
Lots of girl cousins!
Uncle Billy admits defeat.
Uncle Billy also taught the girls how to belly dance, along with my brother-in-law, Stan. They were really…something.
Lelia tried some lavender & berry ice cream at Jeni’s in East Nashville.
Other current caffeinated obsession: iced jasmine green tea from Hot & Cold. It’s just barely sweet, and absolutely perfect on a hot summer afternoon! I’ve been swinging by there after I leave the office on an increasingly regular basis. Try it!
Dylan’s graduation party – we had plenty to eat! Great BBQ and sides from B&C Melrose.
Sara’s son, Flynn, enjoying the kiddie pool at Dylan’s party.
Love my dad!
We loved kicking off the summer with family and friends!
