You would not believe what used to be here! All that was kept was the original footprint. In the kitchen, clever placement of large windows and an exterior door visually expanded the kitchen to include the homeowner’s well-maintained gardens, and our reconfiguration created five specific work zones. Every cubic foot was utilized to maximum the full potential of this historic home!  In the bathroom, it all began with the tub.  The clawfoot tub was original to this older home and had a lot of years ahead of it, but the finish was chipped with accents of rust.  The homeowners knew baths weren’t on their daily agenda, so a shower was necessary to make the space functional.  The layout was reworked, the tub was restored and all was right in this space.  A stone mosaic blend on the shower floor supplied the color palette and polished nickel fixtures added the shine.
