Transforming this traditional 3,200 sq. ft. 1960’s ranch with an in-law suite into a contemporary single family home for a client with special appreciation for art and design required a cohesive master plan. In addition, universal and sustainable design was incredibly important to the client and were a major consideration in the planning phases. With a growing family and aging parents, our client wanted a home that would morph with multiple generations. The result is a home that feels curated, comfortable, and complete.
